Nick Rosenbauer
Managing Member, Attorney at Law
Nick Rosenbauer is the founder and managing attorney at The Rosenbauer Law Office. Nick was born and raised in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky. After attending Covington Latin School, he received his undergraduate degrees from Thomas More College, where he also played four years of varsity soccer. He then received his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law, and his license to practice law in the State of Ohio. During law school, Nick focused his studies on advanced estate and tax planning.
Now in his thirteenth year of private practice, Nick began his career in private practice at a small firm in Dayton, Ohio that concentrated on Social Security Disability. This experience gave him a deeper understanding of planning issues for families who have loved ones with disabilities or special needs. Determined to devote himself entirely to estate planning, Nick moved to a leading firm that handled only wills, trusts, probate, and administration matters, where he refined his skills and deepened his passion for guiding families through important life decisions. Ultimately, his desire to serve clients in a more personal and customized manner inspired him to establish The Rosenbauer Law Office.
Nick enjoys giving educational presentations on estate planning topics. He has hosted his own events and has also presented as a guest speaker for financial professionals, business owners, and real estate investors in the area. He hosts “Complete Estate Planning”, one of the top-rated estate planning podcast shows in the entire country. Nick is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association, where he has served on the Estate Planning and Probate Committee.
Nick currently lives with his wife and their two little boys in Monroe, Ohio. When not at the office, he enjoys playing golf, running, and chasing his boys around the neighborhood. He is now coaching his 6th youth team for his oldest son, and between t-ball, soccer, and basketball, he has become known as “Coach Nick”. Nick and his family have season tickets for University of Dayton Basketball. Being a Kentucky boy, he is always on the hunt for a new bourbon to sample (even though he gets in trouble for buying a new bottle before finishing the last bottle he found). The Rosenbauer family belongs to St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, where you can usually find them sitting in the very back (just in case the kids get too loud)!
Jim Kellerman
Attorney at Law
Jim Kellerman is an attorney at the Rosenbauer Law Office, focusing on estate planning and probate law. With a strong commitment to helping individuals and families protect their loved ones, Jim provides guidance in creating comprehensive estate plans and managing probate procedures. His attention to detail and client-focused approach ensures that each client’s needs are met with care and precision, securing peace of mind for the future.
Jim has extensive legal experience, having worked at Procter & Gamble (P&G), GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), and Astellas. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Cincinnati and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Franklin Pierce School of Law at the University of New Hampshire.
After a successful career as an intellectual property attorney in the pharmaceutical industry, Jim left Astellas to join the Rosenbauer Law Office. He decided to transition to estate planning, driven by his interest in personal finance matters and a desire to have a stronger personal connection with the people he serves.
Having spent most of his career away from Cincinnati (including two assignments outside the US), Jim and his wife Michele returned to Cincinnati to be closer to family. Their two adult daughters work in the finance industry, and their son is currently attending the University of Dayton. They live in Montgomery and are active members of All Saints Church. As almost empty nesters, Jim and Michele make an effort to stay active and fit, and enjoy traveling, especially to spend time with family and friends.
